Change the look of your Bedroom with Minor Changes
Changing the look of your bedroom can be as easy as changing out your old headboard for new or adding a bed seat or adding Amish accents like by adding a beautiful Amish Mirror on a dresser.
There are so many ways to give a bedroom a new look without having to purchase an entire new bedroom suite. Times are tight right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have a refreshing change to your bedroom. Sometimes all it takes is a minor change to breathe new life into a room and that new life can help make everyday start out brighter when you rise from your nightly slumber. Here are just a few suggestions you can do to make changes in a bedroom without doing a complete over haul.

When we went shopping for a new bed we couldn't find one that we liked so we just bought the box springs and mattress and put it on the frame without a head or footboard. I'm glad we did it that way because now we can buy the Country Side set. We both like it very much and know that we'll get many, many years of use.
ReplyDeleteAny of these headboards make my current one pale by comparison. I've been wanting a new bed and this way I'll only be replacing parts of it. The frame, mattress and box springs are only a few months old. We didn't see anything we liked better so we just kept the old head board. We've never had a footboard. This will give the whole room a facelift, me too!
ReplyDeleteThe Jefferson Bed is so cool. I love the heighth of the head board. I've never seen one like it.
ReplyDeleteI really like the looks of the Sleigh Bed Seat and I could use a place to sit down in my room when I'm putting on my shoes and socks. I usually hop around on one foot while doing the other one.
ReplyDeleteThe Country Side Bed has a really rich look to it and I would be proud to have it sitting in my room. I have several Amish made pieces of furniture in my home and visitors are always telling me how beautiful they are. Before I'm done, my home will be totally furnished with Amish made furniture.
ReplyDeleteBoy, the Jefferson bed has a massive head board. I wonder if that was named after the president. I've seen pictures of Monticello but don't remember the style of the bedrooms.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to see the beds that have the big solid head boards. They are more like the old time ones I saw growing up. Back then, slats were for baby beds. Now, you rarely see them. I know that the quality is there to and that's important to me.
