I have seen several styles of quilt racks but never a cabinet. If I had a quilt like the one shown here, I'd want some place to keep it safe too.
ReplyDeleteI like the quilt shelf more than the cabinets. I made the quilt and we use it too. It would be great to have a place to store it while still having it on display and the quilt shelf will do both.
ReplyDeleteMy Mom has a quilt that her Grandma made and I bet she would love to be able to store it and have it on display at the same time. The quilt is in amazing condition when you think about the fact that it's over 200 years old.
ReplyDeleteI saw one of these at my Grandma's house but there was no quilt in it. I wondered what it was, now I know. Grandma has a couple of really old quilts. Now I'm wondering why she didn't have one of them in there. I'm going to call and ask.
